Why FitnessWale Was Created
When a family is facing cancer or another serious health challenge, the problem is often not just the diagnosis itself — it is the overwhelming confusion that follows.
People are suddenly exposed to endless advice, fear-driven opinions, conflicting information, and uncertainty around what to do, what to eat, what to avoid, and how to support the body in a practical way.
In many cases, families are told what treatment path they may need — but they are rarely given enough clear, structured, and easy-to-understand guidance around the wellness, nutrition, lifestyle, and implementation side of the journey.
That gap is exactly why FitnessWale was created.

I’m Manpreet Batish, founder of FitnessWale.
My background is in Commerce and Finance, and over the years my work evolved into deep independent study and practical research in the areas of:
- nutrition,
- wellness education,
- metabolic health concepts,
- lifestyle support,
- and structured implementation guidance.
What began as a personal drive to deeply understand health and recovery-supportive principles gradually became a larger mission:
To help make complex wellness information more practical, more responsible, and more accessible for real families dealing with real health struggles.
Over time, I noticed a repeated pattern:
Most people were not lacking effort.
They were lacking clarity, structure, and trustworthy simplification.
That realization became the foundation of FitnessWale.
